Shipping & Delivery

We ship across India. Shipping is complimentary on every prepaid order.

Dispatch

Orders are dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 5–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer. Once your order ships, we email you the tracking details.

Payment

We accept prepaid orders only, through Razorpay: UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking and wallets. Cash on delivery is not available.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel is delayed beyond the usual time or the tracking has not moved for several days, write to us at support@leelakriti.com with your order number and we will follow it up with our courier partner.
